The safety door system is operated by receiving and sending control communication commands between control panel and operational panels based on the general control panel. The general control panel monitors the total system, give a command of opening and closing to each individual control panel and check the condition of the safety door.
The opening and closing act is initiated as the control device in the train sends the command of opening and closing to the ground control device after the train stops. The general control panel sends the commands of opening and closing delivered from the ground control device to each individual control panel and when opening and closing is completed, it sends the condition of the entire safety door to the device on the train.

the safety device to prevent being caught in the door

There are many devices and sensors installed in the safety door to prevent being caught in the door. The obstacle detection device detect a thing using light, therefore, the door will open automatically even before a door touches the thing. The sensor built in the operating motor to prevent being caught in the door senses what is caught in the door through the increasing amount of load current in the motor.

Operation panel on the field

As prepared for the case that a safety door can't work properly, the operation panel is installed in the platform, station office and rail road to make it possible for people to operate the door manually on the field. The operation panel on each field is connected to the general control panel.
